The Three bedroom unit rents for for a minimum of 4 days while the Two bedroom units rent for a minimum of 7 days.
Three Bedroom - 3 Baths
This
unit includes kayaks, surf-boards, bicycles, and beach equipment. We
don't remember seeing similar additions in the other units. This unit
costs about $210/night in the November period. The two-bedroom units cost less than $130/night for this same period.

Tom! Great to hear from you. There are four other units that rent in
our complex. However, they are all interior units so they only have two
bedrooms and 2.5 baths (about 400 sq feet smaller than ours). Here are
